Wow, I haven't visited in a while, and the renovations look fantastic! The line moved quickly, which was great. However, it would be really helpful if you could open the restrooms; keeping them closed is quite inconvenient for your customers. View all feedback.

I visited this Chick-fil-A for breakfast, and I was disappointed with the slow service. There were only two cars in the drive-thru, including mine. I ordered a grilled chicken hash brown bowl with no eggs, but when I got to work and unwrapped my burrito, I found eggs on top of the wrapper. When we visited, the staff was present and attentive. Although the line was long, it moved quickly. Our order was accurate, and we even received a bundle of napkins! I've been to other places where I'm lucky to get just one napkin, let alone a stack.
Very disappointed! command thru drive thru she gave me my food very fast, but my fries were old, soggy, a cold! They also forgot to give me a order of the fries, but thanked they did because they were not good anyway! I regularly go here, so I was very disappointed at the service. my advice is that they need to focus more on when all food fresh a hot instead of hiq quickly they can give someone cold soggy food! so ppl solve their kool with almost food places .. we come to spend our hard earned money that we don't get what we pay!
I went to the breakfast in this Chick-fil-A. it was very slow. there were only two cars that locked me in. I told them I wanted a grilled chicken hatch brown bowl with no i'm working to eat my burrito and I noticed that it's sitting on the top of the packaging so I decide to open the burrito and it's full of iron. the label on top of the burrito even says burrito without eggs, I cannot eat eggs. that is terrible service from wood that should be Chick-fil-A.
A few weeks before the end. we ordered the delivery. all our fries were cold and old, and the huh was not fresh at all. we also found that we missed a sandwich. I cannot recommend this particular location. that was the worst experience I had in chik fil a so far.
Good day to all, I had my order taken by a guy named Fisher! He said next customer and greeted me with the up most respect and the biggest smile on his cute little face, he even winked, i had ordered the famous 12 count meal with a perfect juicy lemonade on the side (can't go wrong! Anyways i paid and while inserting my platinum metal plated card Fisher proceeded to ask if i needed any sauces, NOW THIS gave me an entirely different view to this chick fil a franchise and location, FISHER has forever changed this experience. He even went as far as asking me how many day was? Can you believe that 2nd mile service chick fil a talks about? He really went the extra mile today with my experience and when i got home i cried while eating my 12 count nuggets, thank you Fisher for forever changing my life about fast food and just in genreal. Leaving this restaurant today , i left a better man! GOD BLESS!
