Casey's - Smithville
Casey's
Description
Smithville’s convenience outpost divides opinion: at its best it serves fresh, fast, surprisingly excellent pizza, friendly staff, clean interiors and specialty drinks; at its worst it suffers persistent stock and equipment problems — empty warmers, broken Icee, frequent gas and beverage shortages — plus occasional rude service and delivery errors. Recent staffing improvements have brought more consistency, making it worth a cautious try for pizza lovers who can tolerate some unpredictability.

It may say Casey's, but it's not worth it. I'd recommend avoiding this location and heading to any other one instead. During my last 10 visits, they never had slices ready to eat, and the Icee machine has been permanently broken. I've been trying to make this work for the past two years, but now I'm off to the Shoal Creek location. I really don't understand how the Smithville location stays in business—it's unbelievable.
I went and ordered pizza I had three other people who ordered before me and had been waiting over 2 hours for there pizza there was three workers who had no idea what was going on. They were making pizzas but had no idea why or for what order. They were cutting pizza on a cutting board then putting it on the table to then put in the pizza box one by one. The pizza also did not look to be done the cheese was not melted all the way and still super white
Never has anything. Couldn't even pay unless you have tap to pay. Been along time ago I stopped coming to this location because of problems. Thought maybe they got it under control they did not. The manager needs to step up.
Seems like there has been a change in staff. Lots of new faces but they are very friendly and you can sense they seem to care more lately. Warmers have been stocked with pizza lately which is awesome because I love Caseys pizza.
