Ordered 3 foot long subs: a tuna melt received it without ANY tuna. Also ordered 2 meatball subs, which one only came with 4 meatballs, where the other came with 8. When I called to get a refund on JUST the tuna-less tuna sub, they said they were unable to do so. Tuna sub in photo.
The food is outstanding and expertly prepared to your liking.
It seems like it could have been a great place, but I want to clarify that I didn't actually eat there. I parked nearby, but I was just passing time while working.
The service was decent, but I noticed the staff didn't change their gloves. Additionally, they seemed to be giving away food right before closing time to avoid having to count the cash registers.
This is my favorite place for salads! While the Altamont location has the best selection, I've had excellent experiences at all their outlets. I only wish they provided gluten-free buns at every location.
