I took it in today for an important reminder about the airbag activation mat for the passenger seat, and I received exceptional personal attention from Rahal BMW. I would definitely recommend this dealership for all your service needs.

Our sales representative, Jordon, was fantastic and extremely professional. Another standout aspect of this purchase was the manager, Luke. He took my initial call and worked with me for nearly three months to help me find the perfect used BMW. It's rare to find a manager who will dedicate so much time to a cold call for a used car. You would think we were looking to buy a new M series instead of a used X1, given the attention we received. The car itself exceeded all our expectations in every way. Jordon's delivery presentation was also impressive. Moving forward, there's only one dealership for us: Rahal BMW of South Hills.
