Was Anonym at War Museum a mag?
My family and I walked away feeling nothing but gratitude for the men and women who fought for Canada. It is definitely a must see and quite difficult to express into words the feelings you get with all the information and items on display. The Vimy memorial for me was very emotional. As a mother with a son in the military I could only imagine what the other mother's went through. We spent about 3 hours there and would... View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about War Museum:
Haven’t sampled much of the menu here, but I can certainly vouch for the burgers. They were a decently sized and loaded with your choice of add ons, juicy and delicious. View all feedback.

Fine dining options for the more adventurous combined with simpler fare like hot dogs and pizza for the less adventurous made this a perfect place to stop and refuel. Good for indoor/outdoor seating options too make it extra special. I had a DIY salad filled with roasted vegetables and pasta that was fantastic.

The entire museum is great, very impressive and thoughtful exhibits and architecture, and the exhibit on now is beyond interesting! Recommend a tour so you don't miss any of the details in the layout. Museum of Civilization is a close second if you have an opportunity to see both.A memorable anecdote:When the museum very first opened, my grandfather travelled 6 hours to check it out, a WWII veteran and civilian at Base Borden. He saw a spelling error on an exhibit: Borden was spelled incorrectly, as bordon. The follow up was fantastic to fix the typo. A bit embarrassing for our guide, but my grandfather was pleased he was listened to and concerns addressed promptly.

We spent an unforgettable afternoon at the War Museum, led by the very articulated Shalina through many sights. From the Teddy Hut to her favorite Passage Watch, she explained in detail the personal stories of war. I would highly recommend paying the extra and organizing a tour guide to add to your union.

It was interesting to see how they reflected on conflicts as settlement and all the way up to current times. I have 2 teenagers and it had a real impact on them. It brought our story very close to home. A memory of all the veterans and those who serve for their service.
