I also tried reaching out to KFC's online support via Messenger twice over the course of two months, but they were unable to resolve the issue. When I visited the KFC in Smiths Falls, the staff wouldn't allow me to get a bucket of chicken at half price, despite explaining that the app was malfunctioning. I wouldn't recommend trying to order from this location, as there are no available deals without using the app, which seems to be consistently unreliable. The prices are too high without discounts, and overall, the customer service was poor.
