Perfect Thyming Restaurant, where 'thyming ' stands for the precious seconds they waste on your call. Called in hopes of a delightful dining experience, but all we got was a perfect display of how not to treat customers. Their customer service should be listed under 'thyme-wasting activities. ' Save your time, dine elsewhere! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
Cute little place, with fresh coffee and tasty breakfast. the pancakes and waffles are very good! Friendly staff!
When we entered, there were a good few customers in booths. The waitress told us to get a seat anywhere. We helped ourselves to menus. We looked for a booth, but there were some not cleared, so we looked at tables. Chairs were up on them except for 2 higher pubs tables, and a customer was at one with a chair on the table. Unacceptable. All the chairs should be down. It just felt uninviting. We went back to booths and cleared our own table. One waitress and 3 other male staff. Clean your tables! The food was ok as were the prices. We had smoked meat on a marble rye. It came with a pickle spear. That's it. Some carrot sticks? A small coleslaw? Toast the rye? Mostly it was just unpleasant to see so many uncleared tables.
Feels like a typical but familiar small town family diner. For those with dietary restrictions, the gluten free options on the menu make life much easier. If you get Haley for a server, she'll look after you and make sure the experience is a positive one!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options!
While we can’t speak to the atmosphere or food I would like to say that we called and only got out the words “good morning” before an employee responded with “we are really busy and I don’t have time for this”. Then why did you even answer the phone? It was rude and unpleasant to say the least. We would never attend a restaurant after receiving a response like this.We are happy for you that you were busy but we hope she learns better customer service. That made us feel awful.
I called to see how long the wait would be on a Saturday morning… I was cut off at “good morning” and the staff member said “it’s too busy, she didn’t have time for this…”Can’t comment on the food but staff could be nicer since there’s plenty of other well reviewed breakfast spots in the area.
