The person who prepared our food insisted everything was packed correctly, while another employee claimed we never ordered fries. Even after showing them my receipt, they kept insisting the fries were included. The manager got involved and argued with the receipt in hand. Eventually, he agreed to give us a new large fries, but when it arrived, they were burnt. As we were leaving, the manager offered a complimentary Cinnabon delight, seemingly to appease us. Adding to our disappointment, we had to ask for the tables to be cleaned before we could sit down and eat.

The teenage employees appear to be easily distracted and too playful.

Just disgusting biscuits so dry. They didn’t give me my sauces I requested. This place needs to be shutdown.
