What UNKOWN UNKOWN dislikes about Dunkin':
This place is the slowest Dunkin drive thru I have been through. After placing my order it took an additional 15 minutes just to make it up to the window to get my order. After paying, my order still was NOT ready and made wrong. When asked to fix my order the manager was extremely rude. View all feedback.

I woke up early before the kids to surprise them with the spider donut. However, I received two donuts that didn’t have the legs. They were just two orange frosted donuts with chocolate munchkins in the center. To top it off, the employee stacked the two donuts on top of each other. One of the donuts was plain, while the other had double the frosting.
I know this location gets a lot of negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. This morning, the young man at the drive-thru was exceptional. His sense of humor brought much-needed comic relief! We had a little mix-up with my coffee order—things happen—but when I got to the window, he completely owned up to the mistake and playfully knocked his head while saying something like, “Oh, what a bummer!” I couldn’t help but laugh! When you place your order here, there's a good chance it will be incorrect. The coffee consistently misses the mark as well. For instance, I ordered a medium French vanilla iced coffee with cream and no sugar, but instead, they gave me a French vanilla iced coffee loaded with three shots of vanilla swirls. Why would they do that? It made the coffee so sweet that it was nearly impossible to drink. I won't be returning.
Horrible coffee taste like water. Been 3 times and all 3 times has been horrible. Also it was absolutely disgusting in the dining area. Trash everywhere floor has crumbs everywhere. Cooperate needs to intervene frfr.
This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I honestly question if it's some sort of running joke the employees have to literally give customers the wrong order every time. I've been here 4 times and every time, each item in my order is made incorrectly or a completely different item. Trying to get them to fix it is a waste of time because they will begrudgingly remake things, but do it wrong yet again. Simple stuff, I ordered an orange juice and a medium coffee, 2 flavor shots, 2 cream, 2 sugar, but then we got an apple juice and a coffee with 3 flavor shots, 32 cream, and 3 sugar (yes, 32 cream, it's disgusting, there's barely any coffee in it). I don't know how this place still has customers. I haven't been here for a year until today and figured I'd give them another try to see if they'd be better, but they're just as bad as the last time. Never again.

You ask for your order, and they will mess it up.. The coffee is always off. For example: I asked for a med, French vanilla, ice coffee, with cream, no sugar. They: give me French vanilla, iced with (3 shots of vanilla swirls??? Why? Making the coffee so sweet that it is unbearable to drink. I'm not going back again.
