Second visit in a row that was disappointing. Our server changed several times during our visit it actually became confusing. We had brought flowers for the bday girl and the patio has a lot of bees. Server one says she will pop them into a cooler and save until we are done. Kind offer, made zero difference on the bees. By the end, our last server, server three has no idea and was honestly confused when we asked for them back, initial reaction was ‘we don’t have them.’ Our food was taken by another server so we waited for our dishes to be made again. This message was conveyed by server two, ‘sorry another server took yours when ready, so they need to be remade’. When the bill arrived, popped my card in and waited, oddly server three came and dropped another bill stating a few dollars was taken off for the food issue. We didn’t ask so kind, except now my card is gone in another bill fold and no one is sure which of the three have it. Awesome. That gets sorted, paid and through all of this NONE of the servers addressed the table next to us vaping. Table at the front fence, most definitely non smoking.
Dining inside was a bit dim and dull. I did make a reservation and didn’t specify indoor or outdoor. The outside looked like where all the ambiance and good service was happening. Food was good .
We sat outside. The noise level was loud and made me regret asking to be outside. There was a large birthday party Wine was good. Service was a bit slow because the large birthday party arrived just before us. Food was good and cooked as we asked This is more a pub than a restaurant
Food was really good as always and patio ambiance/vibe very cool. Piped music was a bit loud last night for conversation
Our server was fantastic. The rest was probably the worst experience we have had there. We go frequently food is always great along with service. Ordered mascatto and I have no idea what I got but it wasn’t that. Zero attempt from bar to check it. We ordered app, salad and entrees it all came out at the exact same time so total waste of money. While they can’t control the weather it started to rain, host moved every single table before us yet we were one of the only ones with food so us and app, salad and entree were wet. The canopy is lovely when it’s empty, it becomes a hot box and is ridiculously loud. It was like the inside of the restaurant. We avoid it over the winter since the noise level even when half full is awful. Not sure what happened but it was not a good night most certainly not our server. Felt bad for her and we just commented this morning about the food all at once, miserable experience.

The pesto risotto was amazing. It was creamy and packed with flavor. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff.
Arianna offers excellent service as a waitress.
Many restaurants have been in this location over the years and failed but Terrazza is clearly going to make it. The food was good, I had the BBQ short rib sandwich. The brioche bun was beautiful. The truffle fries were not my cup o tea , they had too much funk on them . My girl had Shrimp Marsala over mashed potatoes. The shrimp went surprisingly well with the sauce and the mashed potatoes were out of this world perfectly seasoned with garlic.
Terrazza in Smithfield served up a brunch that touched the soul, especially after a heartwarming service at Awakening Church. I dove into their Chicken and Waffles a dish so perfectly balanced in flavor, it's a hymn of sweet and savory. Regrettably, I was so immersed in the experience that I didn't capture the moment in photos, but that just speaks to the allure of the dish. While I can't show you the culinary delight this time, take my word for it – it's a must try. I'm already planning my next visit to Terrazza to not only relive the tasty experience but also to share it visually. Service was amazing by Momma T aka Kathy. We were in the winter igloo and it was heated with 6 of us. She recommended food options and drinks. We had a variety of food: cheese board, crispy Brussel sprouts (which were to die for), harvest ravioli and a burger. Might be our new spot after work!! They also have appyhour from 4-5 and 8-9 Sunday thru Thursday. Thank you Momma T for such a wonderful experience. And Teaghan at the bar was great as well!

I think that this restaurant has just ok food. For the quality, we thought it was overpriced.
Great time. Reservation time was spot on and we were not rushed out of the restaurant. Food was great, as always. Only suggestion is that requests for dinner rolls could be honored?
We had a wonderful dinner with family. Enjoyed our time there. Thank you!
Very disappointed. Had a 6 PM reservation, didn’t get seated until 7PM. They lied when we arrived, and said they were setting up the table, then, said the people sitting there were just finishing. What good is making a reservation?It also was VERY LOUD. It was hard to hear the others at our table. They did give us free appetizers, which was nice, but not nice enough get me to return.
