After placing my order it took an additional 15 minutes just to make it up to the window to get my order. After paying, my order still was NOT ready and made wrong. When asked to fix my order the manager was extremely rude.

They have no sense of urgency at this dunkin. i’m late for work at this point thing this sitting now 15 minutes in the drive through. i’ve never had to wait thi... read more They have no sense of urgency at this dunkin. i’m late for work at this point thing this sitting now 15 minutes in the drive through. i’ve never had to wait this. big guy making the sandwiches moves at snail speed and i’m pissed. never been this pressed about a fast food trip but come on. and I hate the manager at this place too from past experiences so this just makes everything about this place sucks.

They were just two orange fros... read more I woke up early before the kids to surprise them with the spider donut. However, I received two donuts that didn’t have the legs. They were just two orange frosted donuts with chocolate munchkins in the center. To top it off, the employee stacked the two donuts on top of each other. One of the donuts was plain, while the other had double the frosting.

His sen... read more I know this location gets a lot of negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. This morning, the young man at the drive-thru was exceptional. His sense of humor brought much-needed comic relief! We had a little mix-up with my coffee order—things happen—but when I got to the window, he completely owned up to the mistake and playfully knocked his head while saying something like, “Oh, what a bummer!” I couldn’t help but laugh! He could have easily been frustrated, but instead, he went with the flow and made me chuckle. Thank you to the young man at the drive-thru; I really appreciate you!
