A neighborhood Dunkin' shines with excellent lattes, a hardworking manager and staff who often remember regulars, but service reliability varies. When quiet it’s friendly and fast; during rushes—especially with large groups—waits balloon and staff can seem inattentive. Bagels aren’t always toasted unless requested. Loyal customers return for the coffee and warm service, while others should expect occasional delays and inconsistent front‑of‑house attention.

This Dunkin' location is fantastic. Just take a look at my latte! The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. I often walk in knowing exactly what I want, and even if I don’t have to remember my order, they do. This really demonstrates their dedication to their job, themselves, and their customers.
Very convenient but not fully stocked all the time. Call this location ahead of time to make sure they have what you want they run out of a lot of stuff
I like this location. The manager there is do very nice and he works really hard. It's just that lately, when it's busy especially, it takes 6+ minutes or longer for each order. Now, that may not seem like a lot, but if you are 4 cars back, that's a 20-30 min wait. I don't know if it's because it's a popular place to go for landscaping companies or what. If they have 6 guys with them and they all order food and drinks, it overloads the process. Sometimes, there are 3 landscaping companies there at the same time....ohhh boy, that's when I go to the other Dunkin down rt. 7.
Terrible experience. If you order a bagel, make sure to specifically request it to be toasted; otherwise, you'll just get a hard bagel with cream cheese slathered on it.
The woman working there was incredibly kind. When we realized we were missing an item, she was very helpful and accommodating.
