I've always been really impressed with the food here. The burgers are excellent, the buns are really tasty, and the chips and wedges are perfectly crispy. I usually order the sexy burger, and it's always delicious. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Burger Phactory:
I received my chips, and they were cold and overly greasy, giving the impression that they had been sitting out for a day or even reused from another table. They were simply horrible. My chicken carving was burnt on the edges, which made the chicken dry. The piece of chicken was so thin it could have been thrown like a Frisbee, and the bacon wasn't cooked properly.
