What User doesn't like about Burger Phactory:
I received my chips, and they were cold and overly greasy, giving the impression that they had been sitting out for a day or even reused from another table. They were simply horrible. My chicken carving was burnt on the edges, which made the chicken dry. The piece of chicken was so thin it could have been thrown like a Frisbee, and the bacon wasn't cooked properly. Ordered items through Uber ordered chicken burgers and received beef. Dietary requests were ignored. When my daughter rang, they offered to replace one burger when all three ordered items were incorrect. Go elsewhere. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$1–20
