The rice and fish are definitely of a decent standard at this chain. Also the pricing is good, and the service pleasant. The problem is that mayo (and cheese) is used far too much! It makes you wonder if there is an attempt to disguise the natural taste of the fish. A soya based 'addition' of some kind is not too bad - but there is not much of this, and there should be more catering for the anti-cheese/mayo eaters. T... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sushi Train:
Does sushi train serve the BEST EVER sushi? well, no. But that doesn't mean that it isn't a great place to go when you want a tasty, quick, uncomplicated and consistent "sushi fix". It is one of the shopping centre's better food outlets, and is always worth a visit. Their costumer service is very welcoming and friendly, and the range of food is varied and plentiful. I reckon they are on to a good thing! View all feedback.
My son and I visited, he had 4 plates and I had 2. I have always been sus on sushi from all the reports it is the worst takeaway food for ecoli. Yep bit over an hour later I was sick but my son was fine. Suppose it comes down to how long its been ridin the train.. I had the soft shell crab and the deep fried chicken
The advantage is that you can sit down and eat without waiting- the disadvantage is that it is not the best Sushi

These are not traditional 'condiments' for sushi anyway. We had some great salmon skin - but had to ask for it without mayonnaise.
