I cannot believe after going here for about 7/8 years that I have to say - I WILL NEVER RETURN. Went with a group of 5 people last Sunday night - the waitress we happened to get is unfortunately one of the rudest waitressess - can't even smile or be nice - which is a shame. So we all sit down - drinks take forever, water takes forever, she takes our order and another 4 or so tables come in and they all get their food b4 we do....finally the waitress brings out entrees, one of them we explain to her we didn't order, she just looks at us blankly and says nothing - so whatever we accept it. Then main meals come out - I specifically asked for my red curry to have no tofu and that I would like it with med to hot chilli - hardly any chilli and lots of tofu (I have been ordering the same dish here for over 5 years) You would think that they may know it by now. Anyways I started eating it and then thought, ****, I called her over and explained could I please have it without the tofu and with med-hot chilli...she rudely took it away and came back with another dish about 5 mins later with no tofu but also no chilli - I gave up and ate half of it. I went to pay the bill and the owner knows us quite well, I explained to him that my dish was not satisfactory, he said oh you have to order with no tofu...I explained to him that I did ask for no tofu - basically at this point I am talking to a complete starnger and might as well be a brick wall. So arrogant and unhelpful and yet we have recommended this place to so many friends and family!! UNBELIEVABLE....I said to him after the same conversation went around for a few minutes - you are the owner are you not? He said yes - I said ok, well I am giving you feedback as a loyal customer - are you not interested or understanding what I am saying here - basically couldn't care and ignored my comments - I paid and he said see you next time - I said ummnn I dont think so buddy - we will never come back here again - I also explained to him how rude the waitress was to all of us at the table - he ignored this also. What is wrong with people - honestly...my curry was so runny and it used to be thick and creamy.....like watered down dishwater.

9 of us for dinner tonight and Banquets all round. Lovely food, service is inconsistent but overall a very nice night????

Terrible customer service. The main waiter had no personality, really short and abrupt. My meal was very bland, no flavour or sauce (very dry). I would not recommend this Thai restaurant.

I have been here a couple of times and I found the food amazing and consistent on both occasions. Its reasonably priced and BYO. Really great atmosphere, couldn't recommend enough.
