I visited Queen Bean for dinner on Thursday night, August 11th. The food was fantastic, but the service left something to be desired. We waited 20 minutes before anyone attended to us, and it took another 30 minutes just to get our drinks. Our entire experience lasted 2 hours and 30 minutes from when we arrived to when we left. I visited Queen Bees for dinner on Thursday night, August 11th. The food was amazing, but the service left a lot to be desired. We waited 20 minutes before anyone asked if we wanted a drink, and it took another 30 minutes to place our order. Overall, we spent 2 hours and 30 minutes there from the time we arrived to when we left. They really should consider having more staff on duty.
Excellent food and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend it!
