Tim Hortons - Smithers

Wish they were back to 24 hours I have a lot of family that travels in late with nothing open. Even if it was at least coffee and icecaps would help especially for the truckers and camp workers that come in late.

The Timbits, donuts and bagels are wise choices for a quick bite. The breakfast sandwiches are good. The lunch menu unsure as it has been many months since I had one. Tim's coffee is always bang on. Regular tea is super hot usually right to the brim. Service is quicker than before. Drive thru still the fastest way. Overall not bad place for a visit.

Friendly, peaceful place my mother enjoys her coffee, donut, or bagel, soup.

Better communication is a must for a successful fast food chain. Team work is a must. One Filipina lady doing all the sandwiches while a whole bunch are standing by the drive through window. Communication. Team work and organization as we'll minimal education of the products you are selling your customers. Back to the drawing board please.

Every time I go to this restaurant they manage to screw up the order. They're friendly and are trying but unable to succeed. It's also quicker to go through the drive thru than go inside to place your order.
