Food was amazing both times we have been to roadhouse but both times service was disappointing. First time was in septemeber 2022 when we were passing through Smithers. We arrived just after 5 pm when they opened for dinner. Waitress was rude and made us feel uncomfortable and did not come back to check on us during our meal. Atmosphere was casual yet akin to a business casual which was refreshing and lighthearted. The food was delicious! Had the pork belly bites which was savory with some kick of the hot honey. The portions were realistic, with the Korean BBQ bowl having a great portion of meat/rice/vegs. The tacos were flavourful and filling too. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to try again!
The ambience of this place is unique, really nice bar; the food was very good and I recommend the pulled pork poutine! The servers are amazingly friendly and kind. You can't miss this place when visiting Smithers
Excellent. Delicious. Balanced flavors. Everything was perfect about this place. The Green Thai Curry has been one of the best I have ever tried, it wasn’t too heavy or spicy, it was perfectly balanced. And the tacos were amazing too, great combination of the toppings with the fish!
Amazing food, service and at reasonable prices. It was worth going and I would definitely go there again. One of Smithers' hidden gems, in my opinion.
