Great vegetarian and vegan pizza options, including meatless pepperoni which is something I've never seen at any pizza place! I also like that they have a multigrain crust option (regular or thin crust) and that they allow you to customize pizzas any way you like. I wasn't expecting much from the side salad we ordered but the greek salad was surprisingly good. It was very easy to order online and then pick it up. I will definitely return to this Panago location.
Always prompt, fresh, and friendly. Whether a small order to feed two, or a large one to feed forty, our order is ALWAYS ready, and done JUST RIGHT. They must treat their staff well, it reflects from their smiles.
I've been a regular at the Smithers Panago location for pick up and delivery orders. They consistently have great pizza, friendly service and fast delivery. Tonight my pizza was at my door in easily under 30 minutes, hot and delicious! I made a not so good review of this location in 2012 and things have definitely improved 100%, so I have to give them a big thumbs up. Great job Panago Smithers!
I ordered two large plant-based pizzas with different toppings late on Saturday night (around midnight). The pizzas tasted fine, but after eating, I noticed on the receipt that one pizza had red onions removed (which I actually like), and the other had olives taken off (which I also would have enjoyed). I'm not sure why they decided to omit these ingredients without mentioning it. It's not a huge issue, but I am a bit disappointed and left wondering if my pizzas would have been even better with all their intended toppings, especially since they were plant-based veggie pizzas.
Love the pizza.
