I like to go for a walk or bike ride around beautiful Smithers. When I do, I inevitably end up at the corner of main Street and second avenue. The reason is simple: this is where you get the best coffee in the bulkley valley,...served with a smile. Aa bonus there is outdoor seating, or if it's too cold you can't stand near the heaters instead under the roof. Try the americano, it's awesome. View all feedback.
What Marc Sanchez doesn't like about Bugwood Bean:
Little coffee bistro with only outside seating. Service is slow but when you do get your coffee its a great place to chitchat with friends that are also wandering along Main St. View all feedback.
Great coffee! Fantastic service! Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing view of the snow capped mountains. Great way to start to the day!
I was very impressed with the espresso. The creme was perfect and the taste was exquisite and smooth without any harshness. Being presented with soda on the side was the 5 star clincher. These people understand coffee.
The coffee here is fresh and tasty. A little bit of a wait at times, but only because it is a popular stop! Nice on a cold day when shopping up and down Main Street checking out all the neat shops Smithers has to offer.
I would say this place has made one of the best coffee's i have ever had in my life - and I lived in Italy so i know good coffee. They have great desserts too. They use Chicken Creek Coffee and I bought 5 lbs to bring home. A must if you are in Smithers
You have to be outside but the coffee is worth it!! I actually now BUY the chicken creek coffee they serve (they deliver!!) because each time i came here i left with 100$ worth of coffee -) yes its that good....
