I had no issues with the restaurant itself, but my experience during a Valentine's date at the Crowne Plaza's B1 Restaurant was frustrating. When my date and I arrived at the front desk and asked for directions to the B1 Restaurant, she was mistakenly told it was on the other side of town, prompting her to take a taxi there. As a result, she wasn’t there when I arrived. When I inquired about the restaurant's location, the staff said they didn’t know. Fortunately, I spotted the restaurant sign myself. I then called my date to let her know where I was, and she had to return to the original location where we first met. This mix-up meant we only had an hour and a half together, and only one of us ended up eating. I’m amazed that the hotel staff were unfamiliar with the name and location of their own restaurant. I traveled quite a distance for our evening, only for it to feel rushed and cut short.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is not open; only bar seating and a limited menu are available.

Rather basic hotel food. Some cleanliness issues, had to send back some items of crockery due to them being dirty. Portions mediocre size for price. Many better options close by to the hotel.

My experience with this restaurant through OpenTable was incredibly disappointing. First of all, the true location of the restaurant was never revealed during the booking process—it's actually situated in the dining room of the Crowne Plaza hotel! The app's address doesn’t indicate this, and had we known, we would have chosen not to make a reservation. I can only assume this is intentional. If you’re looking for a one-star dining experience at four-star prices while sitting at tables set for breakfast, then this is the place for you. The atmosphere was nonexistent, the service was lackluster and poorly trained, and the food simply wasn’t good. The steaks were tough and overcooked, and the desserts were disappointing. Overall, it was a really poor experience. On top of that, the prices were exorbitantly high with no justification. To make matters worse, a service charge was automatically added to our bill for four people, which is completely unacceptable. We truly felt misled into making this reservation, and had we arrived earlier, we would have left before even placing our orders.
