But something needs to be done about the cu... read more I grew up with Jack's in my community. Therefore I was really happy to see it come to the wiregrass area of Alabama. But something needs to be done about the customer service at the Slocomb Al store. Every other visit our order is screwed up. There is one lady that works in the morning that gets it right. The others act like they don't care. I'm not the only one who has had this problem.
