I had to wait around 5 minutes before I was able to place my order, even though the person in front of me had already been served. The fountain drink machine in the lobby was not working. I ordered the smoky mountain milkshake, but it tasted terrible. I returned it to the front counter and asked for a sweet tea instead. The manager told me I would have to pay for the sweet tea. This is not what I consider good customer service. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience at this restaurant.

When we spoke to the manager about it, she acted like it was not a big deal. The manager was also seen yelling at the workers in front of customers, which is not the proper way to run a business. Several customers were asking for refunds while we were there. We will not be returning to this establishment. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

The food was delicious, and I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service was excellent, receiving another 5 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also top-notch, earning a perfect 5 out of 5 as well. Overall, I had a great dining experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to others.
