I arrived at the restaurant with my friend at 5:20 AM. There was one person ahead of me waiting to order food. I had to wait around 5 minutes before I was able to place my order, even though the person in front of me had already been served. The fountain drink machine in the lobby was not working. I ordered the smoky mountain milkshake, but it tasted terrible. I returned it to the front counter and asked for a sweet tea instead. The manager told me I would have to pay for the sweet tea. This is not what I consider good customer service. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience at this restaurant.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We waited for 30 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, the grits were watered down. When we spoke to the manager about it, she acted like it was not a big deal. The manager was also seen yelling at the workers in front of customers, which is not the proper way to run a business. I dined in for dinner at this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The price per person was between $1-10, which was very affordable. The food was delicious, and I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service was excellent, receiving another 5 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also top-notch, earning a perfect 5 out of 5 as well. Overall, I had a great dining experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to others.

Food is good. Service way too. Put fries on the tray to sit there on the tray to get cold before sandwiches were made. No helping order taker, filling orders while she is taking more orders.
