First, the staff are always very friendly and the place is immaculate. That's what Roberto did. Collection It can be very top and bottom. Compared to some other chip shops I had in Sligo/Leitrim, the most important product (the chip) is just not consistent as you hope. Delivery: Avoid at all costs. I live a 3-4 minutes drive away, but it can take an hour for delivery. I can't wait for the food to be fresh, but then I discovered the driver who runs the door of the shop with a box of orders that explains why 9 out of 10 times the food is barely edible. If you are unhappy, you will be delivered to one of the last orders in this box, because your food is likely to go on a 30-minute tour of Sligo before you arrive. It's unacceptable. Please rent a few more drivers for busy times to cut the time between the food from the frit and get it to customers. S1 pizza on the street take about an hour for delivery, but they do not send out half a dozen orders with a driver. I usually get a text 45 minutes after the order saying that the food is with the driver and he comes a few minutes later with piping hot food because it is sent directly to me. The Indian places like Poppadom are open for 20 years and send out similar things directly, so it is clearly possible to run a successful takeaway delivery service where food always arrives fresh.
