Knox is the place to go in Sligo for a filling, tasty delicious treat With a wide range of food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is something for everyone The feel for the place is welcoming and the staff are patient and friendly The photo is of the 'pulled pork sour bread ' sandwich Along with being tasty and eliminating any hunger, it 's extremely affordable (especially when you compare to other places in Sligo) We will be coming back and trying other delicious treats on the menu next time

Had 3 items between the two of us, felt flavourful and the seafood felt fresh. There was a madras patatas bravas, which I still remember as flavourful. it was 35 Euros for the both of us.

We got the prawn pil pil, sweet potato and Monchega in batter, crab meat, pork in shawmarma sauce, which had a kick of it and potatas bravas. All very nice and great selection and decent portions. We had the 2 desserts the churros, icecream and chocolate sauce and the lemon dessert. Both fabulous and washed down by some beautiful Pinot Grigio. We got a nice corner table which was nice. Great service and very prompt.

I have had lunch here many times and always had a positive experience, but I was truly blown away by the tapas. The staff were excellent at recommending dishes and had great banter with us. It has been a long time since I had such delicious food. I would recommend Knox to anyone looking for a fantastic evening out. Additionally, the prices were extremely reasonable for the amount of food we had.
