Lovely brunch place with two vegan options. I got the smashed avocado toast with peanut butter. Pretty good

Even though there was just one breakfast option, the Wild Mushroom Toast had my omnivore friends eager to give it a try. It was beautifully presented: a toasted slice of sourdough topped with spinach and mushrooms, drizzled with cashew cream and (absolutely delicious) pesto. Just describing it makes me want to drive the two hours back to Sligo to order it again! They also offer plant-based milks to enjoy with your cup of tea. I can’t wait to go back and try their dinner options, which include three choices.

The review is misleading. The restaurant does not have a dedicated fryer, and when we visited, they informed us that they have very limited options for gluten-free food.

The location is ideal, situated right by the river. The service was outstanding—extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was incredible.

I dined at Hooked today and it was a fantastic experience. The gluten-free starters, main courses, and desserts were all delicious. It’s definitely worth a visit if you're in Sligo. The staff were very knowledgeable as well.
