It was beautifully presented: a toasted... read more Even though there was just one breakfast option, the Wild Mushroom Toast had my omnivore friends eager to give it a try. It was beautifully presented: a toasted slice of sourdough topped with spinach and mushrooms, drizzled with cashew cream and (absolutely delicious) pesto. Just describing it makes me want to drive the two hours back to Sligo to order it again! They also offer plant-based milks to enjoy with your cup of tea. I can’t wait to go back and try their dinner options, which include three choices.

It’s definitely worth a visit if you're in Sligo. The staff were very knowledgeable as well.
