This location had recently a huge turnover....for the better! very nice crew they have now. the food will be prepared as it should be and also as the customer has requested. great job wingstop!
Brandon and John were incredibly friendly. We walked in around 11:40, and they quickly took our order and served us without any hesitation. Their friendliness made our experience even better, and the food was excellent. We will definitely be returning!
Most recently, on Sunday, April 3, our son begged us to return, even though he had only been to this location once, having enjoyed Wingstop in Gulfport and New Orleans. To our disappointment, we found the restaurant closed at 12:35 PM for reasons unknown. While other Wingstop locations provide excellent service, this particular one is falling far short. We love Wingstop as a family and genuinely hope this location improves; however, it's tough to continue spending our money here given the recurring issues. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if a sign appeared out front announcing "under new management."
Ordered the 15 wings Meal for 2. It was supposed to come with 2 ranches and we ordered an extra ranch. Sat down to eat and and there was no ranch in the bag at all. So not only did we not get the extra ranch we paid for but they didn't give us the 2ranches it was supposed to come with. Ranch is the best part... :
Ordered from this location 3 times in one month and all orders were wrong. Last incident on 10/28 I repeatedly called for over an hour just to be placed on hold. Drove 30 minutes for them to correct wrong order just to be given an attitude by the manageron duty, Dion, who then refused to give his name. The associate on duty, Alvin, stepped in to get the orders correct while themanager continued to argue with customers. I?m not sure who is responsible for promoting at this location but I can assure you,the wrong associate was promoted to management.
