The waitress who took my order was clearly overwhelmed by the crowd and didn't seem friendly; she just wanted me to rush through my order. The manager appeared frustrated because one of their staff members, who had been doing a fantastic job, called for assistance. The manager remarked that help shouldn't be summoned unless the line stretched out the door, even though I had already waited 15 minutes and the line wasn't that long. On a positive note, the food was excellent, and the kitchen staff definitely deserve five stars for their work.

If you're on a lunch break, you can even catch the news while you dine.

Even though the cash registers were down, the staff managed everything remarkably well. They quickly set up an efficient system despite the technical difficulties, and I was really impressed by how they adapted on the fly. You won't find a better deal than the $5 Biggie Bag at any other fast food chain! Our orders were freshly prepared, which we really appreciated. The colorful autumn foliage at the drive-thru added to the overall experience!

One particularly rude employee told me they were out of Frosties and insisted that I had to use the app to get a refund, even though I had already placed my mobile order. Instead of the two Frosties and a medium fries that I ordered, I only received a small order of fries that were overly salted, costing me nearly $8. When I inquired about the refund, she abruptly shut the window on me, as if she didn’t want to do any extra work. I strongly advise avoiding this place!
