This 1970s carpet really should be replaced with new flooring. The restaurant could also use some minor maintenance and touch-ups, like a bit of fresh paint in some areas. Given that Joe’s clearly does good business with such fantastic food, it would make sense to update the outdated carpet for a more inviting environment.

Their chicken dishes are delicious and I'm told the seafood plates are good as well. Ask for the dipping oil for your bread.
