Food is good, and portions are large (especially the fries), but I think the prices are a bit high. My consistent issue is that service is slow. I always place my order online, but generally still have to wait at least another 10-15 minutes for my order. But looking for the positive, that does mean my meal is always piping hot when I receive it. View all feedback.

Very friendly staff. Price point is a little high for the food’s quality. Dry burgers and mildly warm fries. Otherwise no gripes.

The hamburger was expertly crafted, clearly reflecting the care and pride of the staff member who made it. The music was excellent, and the service was exceptional too. We always make it a priority to dine here whenever we're in town.
Having worked as a manager at Five Guys for three years, it really frustrates me to see other locations closing early. This particular restaurant seems to shut down ahead of schedule almost every time I get a craving for Five Guys. I believe this is primarily a management issue, as only the managers (who wear black shirts) have the authority to close the store. During my visit tonight, the staff seemed disinterested and even glanced at the door while neglecting their duties. On October 3rd, 2022, they closed at least 40 minutes earlier than scheduled, turning off the open sign around 9:20 PM, despite the fact that they are supposed to remain open until 10 PM. I won’t be coming back.
