Tim Horton's - Slave Lake

Being an Albertan, I have a special fondness for Tim Hortons. This particular location has some of the funniest drive-thru speakers that always make me laugh. The food and drink quality is consistently good, and the service is quick whether you choose to dine in or grab your order to go. The staff are accommodating to picky customers and are prompt in fixing any mistakes in orders, although they are rare. Overall, a great spot for a quick and enjoyable meal.

This is the 4th time in a month I have stopped at this Tims's, I dread going there!! The food is good and hot, the staff is COLD, 3 out of 4 times they were rude, a week ago we went and a blond young girl working window should not be dealing with customers, she didn't say hello, good bye or thank you, almost threw the food to get rid of us, no smile just frowning, then tonight after taking my son to the Doctor for flu he felt like hot soup otherwise I would have gone to McDonalds where they are always friendly and happy to serve you), I ordered soup and a coffee, at the window the lady from Jamaica) said that is 7.50, then she took the money, handed us our order and got the new order for next person, all without looking or talking to me, it will be a long time before I go there again, like I said they don't have to be super friendly, but a hello or good bye would be nice, not a scowl. It's pretty bad when you get a Tim's gift card from work and you give it away so you don't have to go there. Again great food terrible service.

The coffee and food at this restaurant are excellent. The service is quick and very friendly. I believe that Tim Horton's serves a wonderful cup of coffee, and their donuts and bagels are fantastic. There was nothing I did not like about my experience.

Fast and friendly service even at the drive through. Drinks are hot, food is fresh. Great selection of goods.

Food was average but service inside the restaurant was very slow even for a busy day. Only Tim’s in town so you have to wait if you want it.
