Typical Tim Hortons. Great service, delicious food, awesome coffee. We ordered the habanero bowl and wrap. It was better than we expected. So we ordered the same a few days later. We also found some good looking donuts and other sweet items. Unfortunately we had to resist our temptations. But surely, one day I will give in to my temptations. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I always feel rushed when I visit this restaurant. The atmosphere is definitely not customer-friendly. The staff may smile, but it’s clear that their priority is making money. I've had experiences where my bill is presented directly in my face, which feels abrupt. Most inconsistent Tim's ever, coffee is burnt,tastes like they never clean pots,dounts come stale, try any other Tim's it is a excellent order,this Tim's miss the mark big time, order a coffee,taste it,toss out the window and drive away, I will give it another break for a while and see if the quality changes or just stays at the low standard
Made my order wrong tried to give it back and they argued and gave me same drink back!! Even though the lid said TT and I tasted it! I ordered 3MILK 2sugar Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When I arrived at 6 AM, I went straight to the bathroom and was greeted by urine all over the place—both fresh and old. It was awful. I ordered coffee and then my food, but had to wait. While I was waiting, I watched a staff member touch everything, including her own behind, with her gloved hands before serving other customers. I will never return.
