The Landing at Slave Lake Inn & Conference Centre

In any case, do not recommend staying in this hotel! Came to stay for 2 nights and they wanted to charge me individually 10$ for me and my 2 children! claimed it was for fire protection reasons after the room had already been bought! Make sense! Absolutely disgusts in Manger's behavior and customer service skills. There is no need for this matter. If you are looking for clean, comfortable and great costume service, big lakes is right over the street?

This place I would not recommend. There is always something to go wrong weather it's going back and forth between your room and front desk 3 times a night just to get your key card to work or not being able to take even a bagel from the breakfast buffet that's included in the price of the room. And the price for these dingy rooms is horrible. Go to the big lakes inn

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Typically stay here every time I come through slave lake and the first time was great but seemed to decline in the last year. To be fair I do get a pet friendly room and perhaps they are phasing them out but my last stay the blanket was ripped open in multiple places and stuffing coming out. Tried to get a room last night and called ahead and was assured I had a room booked for three nights but upon arrival was told that there was no more rooms. I get that things get mixed up sometimes and rooms get over booked so I don?t blame the staff but still kinda sucked. They were helpful in directing me to other motels!

Clean rooms and nice staff. Shower left a bit to be desired as it went super hot to cold randomly during the shower.

We?re currently using their former pub place as place of worship, the place is okay. Hotel rooms are decent, and the people working at the front desk are always nice.
