What Karla Makokis doesn't like about 7-eleven:
Love the 711 rewards but how are you supposed to use them when the staff don't give u and opportunity to enter it because u can't do it while their ringing ur stuff up because it causes the screen to shake. Then if you get the opportunity to save, the cashiers skips it unless it's the one lady during the day, she actually gives u the opportunity to enter ur postal code so u can save.This morning I got mad at the cash...
