If they ask you to... read more This McDonald's has extremely slow and unfriendly staff. My orders are always incorrect, the food is cold, and the wait times are excessive. If they ask you to pull up, you can be sure your order will still be wrong. They simply hand your order through the window and leave, forcing you to either go back inside or wait another 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru for a corrected order. This morning, my order was missing hash browns and syrup, and the food was icy cold with biscuits that were rock hard. Counting sandwiches or fries won't help, as they often give the wrong items or leave out ingredients. Their machines are frequently out of order, and things like soda and condiments are often unavailable. Ice cream, espresso, and soda machines seem to be constantly down. Living in a small town with limited dining options makes this even more frustrating. You can always expect to arrive late, feeling frustrated, upset, and dissatisfied. I would rate this McDonald's a zero. The 3.4 stars out of 5 seems inexplicable. Residents often discuss the terrible service, and no one seems happy with their experiences. It makes you wonder if they pay someone to write fake positive reviews.

When I asked for ice, I was informed that they didn’t have any. This left me with tea that I couldn’t enjoy, and the food was not fresh.

The soda machines have been lacking carbonation for more than a month, which is quite frustrating. Despite this, they continue to serve Coke at the drive-thru. You only find out you’ve been given a flat drink after you’ve already driven away.
