What Richard Sywensky doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
They waited until after my food was already supposed to be delivered, 30 minutes, to call me and tell me that they don 't deliver to my address and they were canceling my order. I ordered through the app, just like always. The general manager then had the audacity to talk over me as I was trying to explain, and then got offended when I told him to stop talking when I was trying to talk. I was unsure about ordering because driver always takes food back to store, so the company resends it but by the time I get it it's cold and not fresh, but not this time the team especially Frank was on top of it. I appreciate him for awesome delivery skills View all feedback.
