Bad Daddy's Burger - Slater-Marietta

First Time here. Very nice decor on the inside, several TVs, easy to watch, music playing, Not very many customers, only 3 when we got there today, Wed around 2 in the afternoon. Waitress bar tender, greated us as we walked in, Sit anywhere she said. They have a few booths, which can probably sit 6 to 8 each. The other seating area, tables and chairs, also outside seating, andyou have the bar area as well. Brought us our menus, in addition, they have it set up so you build your Burger, and also yoursalad if you choose to have one, oh And do they have a list of ingredients for you to choose from. While we decided, we had theorder of 8 Onion Rings as an Appetizer, they are very delicious, didn't fall apart, and HUGH!!! I ordered the Burger withtatertots, wife got the salad. Asked if the had raspberry Ice Tea, that was a no, but the have Strawberry lemon aid, Yea, theyhave Strawberries alright, actual Strawberries.....It was ok, they use paper straws, didn't hold up very well. Ended up orderinga Pepsi. Took a little while to get our order, only one server working, she was very friendly. Back to the food, the burger wasvery good. Nice and juicy, with all the fixings. Salad was ok, it came with a Hot turkey patty on top, and very salted, whichdidn't go well with the cold salad. Maybe should be on the side. One thing is that the food was over salted. Didn't notice iton the burger, but the salad and tots, most diffentley. Ended up not finishing the tots, really only had a few, that was dueto the salt. Took the salad to go. Nice place, nice atmosphere, and for me, the Burger and Onion Rings where fantastic, that'swhy they get a 4. The should lay off the salt, let the customer decide how much they want. We will probably try it agin sometimedown the road, but will order it with out the Salt.

This was our first time at Big Daddy's Burger Bar. We went on a Saturday night around 7 pm. We were surprised to see it wasn't very busy. We were greeted and seated by the friendly hostess right away. The place has a nostalgic/Americana vibe with coolposters, memorabilia and TV's all around. When we were there, they had UFC, Atlanta United, and boat racing on. Our server wasfriendly and attentive, and the order didn't take long. Hubby ordered the Smokehouse Burger, which was big, juicy and full offlavor. I ordered the Daddy's Philly, which was NOT a traditional Philly. It is made with a crumbled up Angus patty. We also hadthe Truffle Parmesan Fries, which were not as tasty as I was hoping (that was the main reason for the 4 rating). With that said,we would go back. Enjoyed the burgers and the family friendly atmosphere. Nice casual neighborhood burger joint!

We had our first experience at this restaurant, and it was fantastic! Our server, Keslynn, was exceptional. She gave us ample time to explore the menu and was happy to answer our questions. Her friendly attitude and personality truly enhanced our dining experience. The nachos, burgers, fries, tater tots, and onion rings were all delicious. My fries arrived a couple of minutes after my burger because Keslynn wanted to ensure they were served hot and fresh, which reflects the attention to detail that will definitely bring us back. In my opinion, this place is even better than other burger specialty restaurants in the area.

My husband and I live in the neighborhood and had high hopes for this place since it always seems so busy. We sat at the bar, and while the service wasn't bad, we had to wait almost an hour for our food. The bartender kindly comped one of our beers to acknowledge the wait, which was a nice gesture. The burgers and truffle fries were very good, so we might give it another try! However, there's stiff competition down the street with tasty burgers at a more affordable price.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a fantastic experience thanks to the bartender, Marelli (I hope I spelled her name correctly!). She crafted the best Margarita I’ve ever had and offered exceptional service. The food was served quickly, hot, and delicious!
