I have to say, people need to lighten up. I have always gotten good food and good service here. I was here on a Tuesday night. I ordered on the ap but my order wasn't ready yet. But, the 2 girls working were moving just as fast as they could and they had a long line. Someone came in behind me and he was angry and rude when he found out his order wasn't ready. Would not recommend ordering through the app. Overpriced sandwich that wasn't made right, no extra veggies like requested. Also had so much black pepper on it, my lips and mouth are still burning from it. Save your money. View all feedback.
Extremely disappointed. I ordered a sandwich for my lunch break for work. After eating a few bites I noticed SEVERAL long black hairs all through my sandwich. I couldn’t leave as I was at work so I went without for the afternoon. When I got out of work I went down to the store to see if I could get a refund. The girl called her manager and she told me that I could only get my money back if I had the sandwich with me. I showed her the pictures and explained that this was at 1:30pm. I was at work until 5pm and it was in the garbage at the store. She said she could remake it, so i’ll give them that, but I didn’t want a new one several hours later I wanted my money back. It was a $12 sandwich! I told her to tell the people working tomorrow that I will get the sandwich out of the trash and be back with it tomorrow.So,1- Absolutely disgusted to find hair in my sandwich2- Very disappointed with the way they dealt with the situation
When there are coupons available and the manager decides he/she is going to sabotage their own business by refusing them, I won't be going back!!! I will be letting everyone I know too! I hope this place goes out of business!!!
Very unprofessional to not honor the code on the app for a free footlong. No one wants to travel far away. the way gas prices are.I will not be going back EVER.I called Subway Headquarters about it they were going to look into it. I won't hold my breath but I hope it makes a difference in the future for another customer.
Skowhegan just got their third strike.I will never be going back. Ordered 3 pro sandwiches. 1 came close to being pro... the other 2 were not even at the regular status. With the prices they are charging now, they should make them the way they are ordered.Madison location does a much better job. Only had 1 slight problem with Madison. Madison Subway is more personable as well.Unfortunately you have to highlight a star to leave a post. Otherwise there would be none.The $10-20... is per person. More like $15-20 when ordering pros.
