I had an excellent chicken sandwich with bacon, avocado, mayo, and salad on sourdough bread. This sandwich was delicious, with the chewy texture of the sourdough perfectly complementing the nice chunks of chicken, salad, and avocado. What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
If they believe that a salad is a healthy option, they should reconsider. The Caesar salad had such a strong chemical smell from preservatives that we had to throw it out. If they can't ensure the salads are made fresh, they should focus on their soups instead! View all feedback.
The food here is aight but I just come here for the coffee because it's so good
That's by far the worst panera I've ever had. I ordered a cream from chicken wild rice soup, caesar salad and a pecan braid. the suppe tasted like handsanitizer, the salate tasted like dripping, and the pecan braid was extremely dry. When I went to Mary, one of the manager, I told her about the aromen on my eating, and her answer was, I'm sorry, I don't know what to say, find out it yourself! I even asked her about a refund and she gave me no one. I am as disappointed and will come as soon as possible.

Excellent customer service by Tanisia (spelling? . Very well run store. Clean and well made food. Quick tip. You should leave some simple syrup out next to the iced coffee like other Oaner bread stores : granulated sugar does not mix into cold beverages :
Was put off because the kitchen staff were like make sure you put the purple sticker on it so the customer knows we 're not liable in case you put allergens on their order. You know in case you mess up and literally handed me my order 2 minutes after sitting right there by the window overhearing that. They seems like a pretty close staff, but think they need to think about what, how and when they say and they say it about customers.
