The service at Dunkin' was a bit slow, and the cashier forgot to add some food that my son ordered. However, the food is good.
The drive-thru experience has been consistently disappointing. Each time they make changes, it seems to get worse. It's frustrating—after all, we're paying for our coffee and donuts. Let's bring back a smoother experience!

8800 Gross Point Rd Skokie 60077 is The worst service by owner himself coffee is cold and not fresh and found some surprising pieces in it not sure what was that, also the owner attitude beyond bad kicking people out even though they are buying from hisstore, telling them don?t need your business as well as calling police on whoever drinking his coffee outside for longer than 5minutes, Overall the worst experience for how to deal with customers
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, with a medium coffee. Instead of informing me that this location does not serve bacon, I was sold and ate this whatever substitute meat. I really did not appreciate this considering if the roles were reversedlawsuits would be filed. I was not given a receipt, otherwise I would have gone right back for a refund. I will not be visitingthis location ever again.
