Parc Bistro - Skippack
Parc Bistro
Description
Housed in a beautifully renovated building, this bistro offers seasonal, French‑inspired cuisine with inventive presentation and standout cocktails. The cozy, romantic atmosphere and attentive servers make it a favorite for birthdays and special occasions. Diners praise creativity and consistent hospitality, though experiences vary: some report uneven food execution, pricing that skews upscale, and occasional billing or service transparency issues. Overall, a memorable spot for foodies seeking a stylish night out—best for celebrations rather than budget dining.

I returned for my second visit on December 20, 2023, and it was wonderful to be recognized by both the host and Greg, our initial server. It was a fantastic experience for my second time. Despite the chilly midweek weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.
We have dined at Parc Bistro for both lunch and dinner, and neither experience let us down. The food is beautifully presented, incredibly tasty, and features creative combinations.
A true gem in Skippack! I’ve visited this restaurant twice—once for a cozy meal for two and another time with a group of 16. Both experiences were exceptional, with impeccable service and delicious food.
Edited to add: I’ve attached a screenshot of the owners response to my review, which is now conveniently deleted from here. It’s disgraceful that a business owner would respond like this, all because they don’t like a one star review. The response to my review is entirely why I gave one star in the first place. There was a condescending attitude the night I was in, and now an even more condescending tone from the owner himself. I hope people see this review and decide to take their business elsewhere. And to the owner personally, a quick google search should clear up for you that a double is, “double the alcohol but the same amount of ingredients”. It’s your choice to charge your customers ridiculous prices and another to not be up front in how you’re going to charge them double what most places do. A simple conversation with a paying customer would have sufficed over you unnecessarily trying to attack my character deflect. You must be a real gem to know. Just finished having my first experience here and it was severely disappointing. Food was decent but certainly not anything special if you dine out often. Service was slow but my friend and I tried our best to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere in the mean time. On to the real issue… I ordered two double mixed drinks. These are the same drinks I order anytime I go out, and they’re pretty standard as a Moscow Mule. Our server asked if I’d like a tall glass or the traditional copper mug. I figured he was being considerate and I told him go ahead with the pint glass so the ratio was tasteful. Fast forward to our check and I was charged for 4 Moscow Mules at $48 when I drank 2 of them. From Philadelphia to out of state, I have NEVER been charged $48 for 2 double drinks. When my friend and I tried connecting with staff about this we instead got attitude and justifications on their end. I was hoping for an apology and recognition on their end of the need to be more transparent in pricing. We were never offered a manager. We tipped our server a standard rate and left. This is my first google review and seems necessary. I will never visit this restaurant again and encourage others to rethink their choice.
