The food is delicious and fresh, with generous portions and delightful desserts. The atmosphere is inviting, with communal tables and friendly staff. Customers can enjoy browsing through a wide selection of collectible books while savoring their meals. The café also offers gluten-free options and delectable vegan treats. Overall, Antique is a must-visit spot for book lovers and food enthusiasts alike, providing a lovely experience in a quaint setting. Highly recommended for a delightful culinary and literary experience.
The life feels perfect for me, for the moment when we were in the antique. the books, the jazz and the outside seats create such an atmosphere. the special dish was also really good
This place is unrealistic. they enter into an amazing room full of quality. there are rare books and records so displayed that they feel the love of placing the products and that it is important to see how we customers see it. eating smells amazing and again the device of fresh is spectacular. they can choose from fresh juice to lovingly handmade picnic sandwiches, wraps and huge baguettes (heavenly). I love, absolutely love and can always recommend this type of food. it's delicious. so much thought and detail goes into preparation. nothing tastes bad at this place, so we go back and forth and we are not even vegan. I actually want to keep the secret, but these times are hard at food places and I want them to go on. they are certainly my favorite place in west cork, up there with pilgern. but I would say taste wise only amazing plus they also get books to buy. it's the best business combo I've seen for a long time. I can't wait until I get back.

Antique is a wonderful bookshop and vegan café. There is a beautiful atmosphere in the shop and Nicola creates the most wonderful vegan cuisine! Their sandwiches and wraps are to die because they have special sauces that they themselves produce and the results are amazingly tasteful. The stew and pasta dishes are just as delicious and don't worry if you are gluten-free as they have a large bread. There is always a nice vegan cake but my special favorites are their vegan ‘Snickers’ bar and their peanut butter chocolate cup mmmm! There are interiors in the bookstore and a beautiful covered area outside. Recommend the café and the bookshop as delicious!
Nicola's stew is out of this world and she makes her own vegan Snickers bars called Snickys I'm devastated that we don't live closer to have them on a daily basis. If we could get her to send a batch in the post we would
