Great traditional pub. Lovely food. Steak sandwich burger were substantial, tasty and good prices for the meals served. Friendly staff and very covid efficient. Good pint of Guinness too. Would recommend View all feedback.

Very average dinner, food it was fine. Both waiter chaps were nice, friendly and helpful. Didn't really enjoy listening to the other staffs loud swearing bants over dinner. Surprised that the owner was sitting with the loud one' Wouldn't be in too much of a rush back. View all feedback.
A very warm welcome here, room was simple, but immaculate clean, tee and coffee in the room. breakfast was great and a lot of it
Impressive, eating was delicious with a great price! sat next to the kamin and made the lunch even more pleasant. and thanks to emilia who proposed the best dessert!

Stayed the night and our room was spotless. All the trimmings for a fine breakfast and we also had a great dinner the evening we arrived which included the chowder mentioned in other reviews and two beautifully cooked local grass fed steaks, all washed down with creamy pints. There was a lovely family owned business here atmosphere too with a nice mix of locals and visitors. Great spot!
