The wait for... read more Since we were already over 35 minutes into our reservation, we decided to stay at our table but asked to be notified if anything opened up indoors. The wait for our food was excessively long. It became cold and windy, and without any lighting, we were left sitting in the dark, shivering with empty drinks and no food. Eventually, we went inside to see if we could be moved, only to find three empty tables available. I was shocked that no one had informed us about this. Thankfully, the host was accommodating and helped us get a cleaned table, but it was frustrating to see our server standing right behind us, laughing and rolling her eyes the whole time. At this point, it was after 8:30 PM when we finally received our food—but we had no silverware. After another wait, we finally got silverware, but while the food was decent, it wasn’t worth the price or the long wait. When the server returned six minutes later, it wasn’t to check on us but to ask if we needed to-go boxes. Seriously? We still left a generous tip, but she certainly didn’t earn it. If anything, she needs retraining to ensure no other customers are treated this way, or she should be let go, as she was a real embarrassment to the establishment. We will definitely not be returning; this experience was disappointing.
