The main floo... read more The restaurant Elephant and the Dove has two floors, upstairs and downstairs. If you prefer a quieter dining experience, request seating upstairs. The main floor has a lively, upscale bar atmosphere which we found enjoyable. We tried the grilled shrimp tacos and carne asada tacos, both of which were decent. On Monday nights, they offer $5 Margaritas which we thought was a great deal. The drinks here are top-notch! Overall, we would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

Unfortunately, the salsa at Elephant and The Dove was lacking, causing the entire dining experience to fall short. However, the rest of the meal made up for it. The chicken enchilada verde was filled with various delicious cheeses, while the carne asada tacos were tender and flavorful. The chips were perfectly salted and had the ideal thickness. Overall, the meal was excellent despite the disappointing salsa.

A few items are marked as vegetarian and/or vegan, but apparently since the owners are vegan, anything can be made vegan at your request. This was fantastic news for me! The food, service and atmosphere were all stupendous! If you're in the area, I highly recommend it.

Both meals were exce... read more We have been wanting to try this place for some time. My wife had the California Burrito (vegetarian) while I had the Beef rojo enchiladas. Both meals were excellent, the service was excellent and the atmosphere is very cool. Amazingly the prices were also really fair and thee drinks were delicious. Definitely will be here again soon.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Options were fantastic.
