Uber eats help option won't... read more Order never arrived when ordered via Uber eats. Restaurant failed to answer phone and now I'm out of pocket and without my delivery. Uber eats help option won't work and the item says no refundable. How can a item that was never delivered be non refundable, that's illegal. I have proof that it said order being prepared for 3hrs then it said order complete.
