Our first time booking for the restaurant online, just a tip, even with a sms and email confirmation you still have to click on a link in the email to confirm o... read more Our first time booking for the restaurant online, just a tip, even with a sms and email confirmation you still have to click on a link in the email to confirm once again the reservation (we made the reservation 3 hours before our meal) The fact that we hadn’t done that second confirmation seemed to be a huge thing for some of the staff there, don’t know why as we were first there and when we left the place wasn’t full by a long way it actually took 3 staff to finally allow us to enter and go to a table This was our second visit to the restaurant for steaks, last august everything was fine, this time the steaks that were ordered as Well Done were rare on the inside, sent back, on eating, the steaks were incredibly chewy and a bit unpleasant we could only really eat about half of the steaks The waiter joked about the cows being very muscly, while I appreciate the humour, I am not convinced the restaurant should be serving meat of such a standard, at 26 euros each I would like to be able to eat what’s on the plate Maybe it was just unlucky that night, but overall the experience was not as good as we expected which is a shame as the location and setting are lovely We are back in Sitges in August, and we do plan to visit the restaurant, but we don't think we would chance the steaks again

The help I got... read more This will be a strange review. My car broke down near this hotel I walked in to ask for help with the breakdown company as my Spanish is limited. The help I got from Ana, Teresa and Tony was fantastic even though I wasn't staying there. If the hotel is as good as the staff I met I would fully recommend it. Thank you for your help I only had two lovely cups of coffee

You can either stay at the hotel’s pool or go to the central Sitges beach which is a great option when you are in Barcelona
