We sat down to eat a pizza, there were 4 adults and a little girl. I ordered a gluten-free pizza on the waitress's advice... it arrived frozen and raw... I asked if they could cook it a little longer, they made it again... but it was colder than before and was inedible... I told two waitresses so but they pretended nothing happened... and in the end I left without eating, and I paid €11 for the pizza I didn't eat. I was very disappointed with how they handled their mistake...without offering another thing to eat
