Decent cheese steak sandwich. Reasonable prices for the area, staff was friendly and chill. The bread to sauce ratio wasn't ideal but the food was decent and well made. A good shop to stop and grab a quick bite for lunch. View all feedback.
What Stanley Turek doesn't like about Philadelphia's Steaks Hoagies:
The taste of the hoagie is good, but the portion you get for $17 dollars is not worth the money. Ordered a Chicken buffalo sandwich, I noticed that there was barley any chicken on it(less then 5oz) and addressed it with two employees working right away. What. A. Rip. Off.If you want to pay $20.00 for a bone dry cheese-less gristle fest on what tasted like a tough old kitchen sponge, this is your place. I really wanted to like it, but sadly, just another poor excuse for the rip-off joints Sisters has to offer. Yuck.

I walked into Philadelphia's for a hoagie. For my money they handed me something like the chubby end of a Louisville slugger wrapped neatly in paper. It turned out to be a magnificent, thickly layered italian-style sandwich: the kind you feast on over the space of three days and use to gesture obliquely at important landmarks or waggle at people to make a point before refreshing your energies with a good mouthful.I'm totally getting another next time through Sisters!
Forget the main street and line ups for food and drinks. This place was an accidental find, but glad I found it.
Hoagies rolls were tasteless. Beer options limited. Tourists may be fooled But as a local we won’t be back. Two couples three beers two hoagies. Limited menu.
